The two guesthouses, located directly across from the Great Allegheny Passage Trailhead in West Newton, PA, offer cozy, quaint rooms that are individually decorated and designed with luxury bathrooms. Just outside their front door, guests can ride or walk on the trail and fish along the Youghiogheny River.

A long time borrower of The Progress Fund, The Trailside, has recently added a six pack shop and expanded their restaurant’s indoor seating area. Located at the Trailhead in West Newton, PA, it’s the perfect place to stop in for a cold one after a long, hot ride. We previously provided financing for their bar, patio, and porch.
