David has 36 years of professional experience in economic development activities. He is co-founder of The Progress Fund and has been its Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 1997.
Karen has 25 years of experience in the administration and management of nonprofit organizations along with federal and state grant programs for community development. She is co-founder of The Progress Fund and has been its Chief Financial Officer since its inception in 1997.
Tracy has 15 years of professional experience in small business lending within the agriculture industry. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science – Business Option, from Penn State University. Her knowledge of analyzing financial statements combined with developing strong customer relationships allows her to deliver customized solutions to meet each client’s short-term needs and long-term business goals.
Eric joined The Progress Fund in November 2017. He is a 2010 graduate of Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Since graduation, he has worked in various capacities of business lending, mainly underwriting loan requests from small businesses all across Pennsylvania. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and following Pittsburgh’s sports teams.
Shea has 10+ years of experience crafting success stories for destinations and small businesses. She’s done everything from big-picture strategy down to the nitty-gritty, and loves sharing all her favorite marketing secrets.
Elizabeth joined The Progress Fund in November 2011. She has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Clarion University. She has a passion for helping small businesses succeed.
Lisa joined The Progress Fund in June 2013. She spent the last 10 years doing clerical work in the construction industry. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, especially her two grandsons, and her much loved animals.
