2nd secret is revealed from “Wilds News”

September 6, 2024

Casmir & Leigh owners, Joshua Catalano, a St. Marys, PA, native and his wife, Briana, work at Clemson University and live in South Carolina. But they have Wild “Home Town” spirit and decided to improve the Main Street of St. Marys.

Before we met them, they had purchased 1/2 of a handsome commercial block. We were thrilled to be able to provide them the $202,500 they needed to purchase and improve the neighboring building.

Now this Main Street of St. Marys is graced by two fun businesses, “The Diamond Perk” coffee shop and “Rather B Embroidery”.

In the picture below, Briana is proudly displaying her keychain from the Straub Brewery, which is just down the block. We love working with folks that have pride and commitment to placemaking. It is worth a drive up to the PA Wilds and St. Marys to see. Kindly let us know, if you know people like them, that we can help.

Follow us on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for our “Story” about our most recent investments to “Support small business”.

The finances all worked out, so they were fine that we weren’t maximizing profits, knowing that our mission was more community revitalization than a profit-focused venture.
